  • Study of the interaction of ligands with G- quadruplexes DNA formed on oligonucleotides based on the sequence of human telomeric DNA (telomerase inhibition) and sequences of various human proto-oncogenes (transcription changes in the promoter region of genes).
  • Application of UV-Vis spectrophotometry, spectrofluorimetry and circular dichroism spectroscopy to study ligand-DNA interactions.
